    Eric,

Well, are we impressed with your new facility….

It apparently has all the comforts of home & then some.

We especially appreciated your spacious kitchen & living room.

Plus it’s nice to see there’s a community park only a stone’s throw away.

Positively enjoyed the tour as it’s certainly one of the best assisted-living centers we’ve ever seen.

As VP of Gov’t Relations, for the California Air Force Association I would wish to inform you that most of our 13,000 members in this state are WWII and Korea War vets and may have an interest in assisted living. And there is a potential likelihood that your outstanding example could be right up their alley….

    Sincerely,

    Don Zweifel (67 yrs)
